职位概况
负责电子油泵项目的报价、利润管理及项目健康运行，推动项目按计划实现量产，达成公司战略目标。
主要职责
- 负责报价项目利润的可实施措施，确保项目健康运行。
- 协助事业部/产品组推动项目成功量产，按期交付并提升利润。
- 按照公司及客户特定流程管理项目，规划G20报价阶段。
- 根据客户需求选择并识别产品和工艺的特殊特性，满足法规、功能及装配要求。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，机械设计、工业工程等相关专业。
- 3-5年项目管理工作经验，熟悉项目管理和产品开发流程。
- 具备创新思维，能够引领变革，具备客户导向意识。
- 熟练的英语能力，具备日语能力者优先。
必备技能
- 项目管理方法论及工具。
- 产品知识及相关法规了解。
