职位概况
作为群暉科技的技术支援工程师，您将负责为全球用户提供即时、精准的技术支持，帮助排除产品使用中的障碍，提升客户满意度。
主要职责
- 即时响应客户的技术问题，提供解决方案。
- 收集并整理客户反馈，协助研发团队改进产品。
- 配合下午（14:00-23:00）和夜间（23:00-08:00）轮班工作。
任职要求
- 具备中文听说读写能力，良好的英文读写能力。
- 热爱存储及网络技术，具备持续学习的意愿。
- 积极主动，乐于团队合作并解决问题。
必备技能
- Linux 操作系统使用经验。
- Shell 脚本编写能力。
- 了解网络工作原理。
- 熟悉云端运算概念。
- 了解备份技术原理。
