Job description
职位概况
负责生产计划执行、质量控制、设备维护及安全生产，带领生产线团队，推动BPS活动和价值流改进，营造积极健康的工作氛围。
主要职责
- 完成并跟进生产计划，确保按时交付。
- 监控生产过程质量，落实质量控制措施。
- 组织设备日常维护，保障生产设备正常运行。
- 监督安全生产，排除安全隐患。
- 解决生产现场问题，优化生产流程。
- 管理生产线人员，激励团队合作。
- 开展BPS活动，推动价值流改进。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，机械、电子、工程或管理类专业。
- 3年以上大中型生产加工企业的生产管理经验。
- 熟悉装配生产线的生产、管理与维护。
- 具备敬业精神、良好协调能力、主动性和责任感，工作有条理。
- 良好的英语口语及书写能力，熟练使用计算机。
