职位概况
负责新产品工业化项目的样品规划，作为工程团队、技术部门与样品车间的沟通桥梁，确保样品按期投产、成本可控、质量达标。
主要职责
- 编制并管控样品计划，包含时间节点、里程碑及数量。
- 识别并管理样品规划风险，制定并落实应对措施。
- 定期向管理层汇报进度、风险与预算情况。
- 搭建样品试制工艺，确认并交付工装设备，确保首件样品符合技术要求。
- 编制小批量生产控制计划和作业指导书，记录并跟进试制问题。
- 参与系统工程会议，与客户项目经理对接，满足交付需求。
任职要求
- 机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 5年以上制造业相关工作经验。
- 具备优秀的实操能力和强烈的工作责任心。
- 能够快速学习新技术方案，如人工智能相关应用。
- 良好的英文沟通能力。

- 机械工程专业知识。
