职位概况
我们正在寻找具备丰富经验的高级汽车内饰设计师，负责制定内饰造型设计策略并推动项目落地。该岗位需要在跨部门协作中确保设计质量，提升产品竞争力。
主要职责
- 制定并执行汽车内饰造型设计策略，完成设计开发任务。
- 负责内饰造型设计的质量控制，协调解决技术难题。
- 与其他专业团队沟通设计目标，依据需求进行造型调整并反馈。
- 配合并指导模型师进行数字及实体3D模型的制作与把控。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，交通工具、工业设计等相关专业。
- 8年以上汽车内饰造型设计工作经验，全面了解整车内饰造型开发流程。
- 具备高水平的创造力与设计演绎能力，能够提供竞争力的设计方案。
- 优秀的中英文沟通能力及团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Photoshop、SketchBook、Alias、Rhinoceros等设计软件。
- 具备2D/3D设计及渲染能力。
