职位概况
加入汽车测试团队，负责在北京及全国范围内对燃油车和新能源车的辅助驾驶及动力性能进行静态、动态功能测试，支持项目落地与优化。
主要职责
- 在指定IT系统（KPM、Alpos）中记录异常行为并生成工单。
- 规划并执行日常班次及全国道路测试。
- 收集、筛选并跟进合作伙伴的KPM工单，推动问题闭环。
- 负责新测试车辆的注册流程（FBU、CKD），执行燃油车和新能源车各类测试。
- 基于原始数据生成PPT、Excel、PowerBI等报告，并维护系统负责人矩阵。
任职要求
- 10年以上整车测试经验，熟悉燃油车和新能源车的辅助驾驶与动力性能测试。
- 具备项目经验，能使用英语进行沟通。
- 深入理解动力总成及驾驶员行为模型，熟悉全维度功能验证。
- 拥有原型车驾驶资质，熟练使用相关IT系统和数据分析工具。
