Job description
职位概况
负责商用车底盘系统的研发与优化，主导底盘行驶、转向、驱动传动等子系统的选型、设计及匹配计算，支持新产品落地。
主要职责
- 策划并制定底盘子系统技术方案，完成3D/2D设计及BOM管理。
- 制定生产工艺路线，编制工艺指导文件。
- 提供样车试制、试验的技术支持，跟踪改进方案验证。
- 解读底盘法规，进行点检并处理市场/厂内反馈。
- 编写底盘设计标准、技术条件及说明书。
- 持续优化现有产品，提升竞争力。
任职要求
- 5年以上底盘行驶系统、转向系统或驱动传动方向工程经验。
- 能够主导底盘子系统的选型、设计及匹配计算。
- 具备底盘子系统售后问题分析处理能力。
必备技能
- 底盘行驶系统、转向系统、驱动传动系统、驱动悬置系统
- 底盘匹配计算、3D/2D设计、BOM管理
