职位概况

负责冷运干支线网络的整体规划与落地，推动全链路运输网络的升级与成本优化，支持时效产品的落地实施。

主要职责

统筹冷运干支线骨干网络架构设计与迭代，制定分阶段升级方案，构建适配多货型的全链路运输网络。
通过车型优化、轻重货匹配、线路拉直等措施，管控装载效能与全链路成本，达成单票成本压降目标。
牵头跨组织运力资源整合，协同冷运网、速运大网等支线网络，提升线路资源利用率。
支撑2C冷运、大件冷运等时效产品，定制线路发运方案，跟进项目里程碑并输出进度与效益报告。

任职要求

具备良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用办公软件进行数据处理。
优秀的协调、语言表达及沟通能力。
责任心强，工作严谨，具备原则性。
拥有5-10年相关岗位工作经验。
