职位概况
负责在湖南地区开展创业项目孵化工作，主讲设计思维、用户研究、GTM策略等方法论，组织工作坊和评审会，推动项目从概念到产品落地。
主要职责
- 核心授课，讲授创业方法论并组织孵化活动，确保流程执行。
- 一对一项目辅导，诊断问题、设定里程碑、跟进进度，指导团队完成用户访谈、原型制作、用户测试及产品定义。
- 对接总部资源，协助团队参与关键评审，对接内外部专家解决难题。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上产品/项目管理、创业或投后经验，有硬科技从0到1经验者优先。
- 熟悉产品全流程，掌握用户研究、需求分析、产品定义、敏捷开发等实操方法。
- 逻辑清晰，具备优秀的沟通、教练和问题解决能力，擅长启发式辅导。
- 热爱创业，成就动机强，愿意帮助创业团队成长。
