Entry-Level English Teacher (ESL) – No Experience Needed

About the role

English 1 is looking for enthusiastic recent graduates to join its network of schools in China as entry‑level English teachers. You will work with children aged 3‑16, delivering lessons using the company’s multimedia curriculum while gaining valuable teaching experience abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for students aged 3‑16.
• Utilise English 1’s award‑winning multimedia technology and curriculum.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to support improvement.
• Participate in extracurricular and cultural activities with students.

Required profile

• Valid passport and bachelor’s degree.
• Willingness to obtain an ESL/TEFL certification (sponsored if needed).
• Clear background check.
• Motivation to learn, grow and adapt in an international environment.
