职位概况
在华樾教育集团负责区域市场运营，协助推进语文主题学习项目，提供教研支持，提升教师教学质量。
主要职责
- 在区域负责人指导下，负责本区域语文主题学习项目的日常运营与支持。
- 策划并组织针对学校和教研部门需求的教研活动。
- 与实验校、教研人员及校长保持沟通，了解需求并提供相应支持。
- 发现并解决项目推进过程中的问题，推动项目落地。
任职要求
- 身心健康，品学兼优，具备强烈的责任心和沟通协调能力。
- 大学本科及以上学历，汉语言文学专业优先。
- 热爱阅读，拥有良好的阅读习惯。
- 具备大局意识，学生会干部经验者优先。
必备技能
- 熟练运用信息技术。
- 较强的文字写作能力。
