Job description
职位概况
负责保险业务相关APP、公众号、小程序等客户端的内容运营与用户活跃提升，制定年度运营策略，推动线上线下活动，提升用户转化。
主要职责
- 制定并执行内容运营策略，统筹图文、短视频、H5等内容生产与发布。
- 日常内容更新与栏目运营，策划专题提升阅读触达率与转化率。
- 协同技术团队推进功能需求、测试、上线及问题处理，优化用户体验。
- 策划并执行线上促活活动，提升平台用户活跃度与粘性。
- 组织线上线下宣传活动，提升保险保障认知与参保意愿。
- 编制操作手册、FAQ及培训材料，提供内外部培训支持。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，金融、保险、经济、计算机、新闻传播、市场营销等相关专业优先。
- 2年以上保险、金融或互联网行业用户运营、内容运营经验，具备APP、公众号、小程序运营实战经验。
- 优秀的文案撰写与视觉表达能力，具备基础的数据分析能力。
