负责根据公司提供的有效客户资源进行电话沟通，回访了解产品使用情况，建立客户关系，促进二次购买。
主要职责
- 使用公司提供的客户资源进行电话沟通。
- 回访客户，了解产品使用情况并收集反馈。
- 根据客户反馈提出使用建议，促进二次回购。
- 按时完成上级安排的工作任务。
任职要求
- 普通话标准，善于交流，性格开朗。
- 20-35岁，有电话网络销售或客服经验者优先。
- 有强烈的事业心、责任心和积极的工作态度。
- 学历不限，应届毕业生亦可。
- 工作踏实、细心、耐心，具备高度责任心和服务意识。
必备技能
- 良好的电话沟通技巧。
- 熟练使用办公软件进行信息记录。
