我们招聘电话客服专员，负责通过公司提供的客户资源进行电话沟通，回访并维护客户关系，促进产品二次购买。
主要职责
- 根据公司提供的有效客户资源进行电话沟通。
- 回访客户，了解产品使用情况，建立密切联系，促成二次回购。
- 收集客户反馈，提出合理使用建议与意见。
- 按上级要求，按时完成各项工作任务。
任职要求
- 普通话标准，善于交流，性格开朗。
- 有电话网络销售或客服经验者优先，年龄20-35岁。
- 具备强烈的事业心、责任心和积极的工作态度。
- 学历不限，应届毕业生亦可。
- 工作踏实、细心、耐心，具备高度责任心和良好服务意识。
