职位概况
我们正在寻找具备日语沟通能力的项目经理，负责管理客户需求、推动项目交付并确保质量、成本、进度指标达成。
主要职责
- 管理客户需求与期望，处理需求变更，推动客户确认交付成果。
- 根据项目需求搭建组织结构，协调内部资源，确保关键岗位人员及时到位。
- 带领项目团队制定计划，建立工作机制，保证项目QCD指标实现并获得客户正向评价。
任职要求
- 具备项目管理经验，能够有效组织团队并推动项目进展。
- 熟练使用日语作为工作语言，能够与日语客户进行沟通。
