Advanced Software Engineer – C++ (Medical Data Processing)

About the role

We are looking for an advanced software engineer to join our core infrastructure team developing high‑performance, low‑latency medical data processing and reconstruction systems. The role is based in Shenyang and involves working in a multinational environment where English is the common language.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain reconstruction infrastructure, inter‑process communication and system resource management components.
• Build high‑speed data acquisition pipelines, raw data storage and management solutions.
• Create robust data‑flow architectures and installation packages, including serviceability and diagnostic tools for field support.
• Develop system simulators for comprehensive testing and validation.
• Write high‑quality, compliant code following medical device software standards and participate in rigorous code reviews.
• Collaborate with global development teams to integrate and deploy software across product lines.
• Investigate and resolve product defects in coordination with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a production C++ environment.
• Strong technical English communication skills for reading documentation, writing commit messages and participating in design discussions.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Biomedical, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Willingness to work closely with teams in the US, India and China.

Required skills

• Proficiency in modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20), STL, multi‑threading and memory management.
• Experience with C#.
• Optimization of system I/O throughput, concurrency and low‑latency data processing.
• Knowledge of inter‑process communication and system resource management.
