职位概况
负责汽车内饰项目的整体进度、技术变更、模具设备跟进及费用控制，确保项目按时交付并满足客户需求。
主要职责
- 整体进度控制与监控。
- 确认并监督技术更改。
- 跟踪新项目模具、设备进度并协调。
- 与客户沟通技术资料、需求并跟踪更改。
- 组织项目组开展开发工作。
- 监控项目费用。
- 跟踪试验认可、OTS及批量认可报告。
任职要求
- 熟悉汽车内饰产品基本要求。
- 3年以上汽车内饰项目管理经验。
- 熟练使用项目管理工具与流程。
- 具备内外部沟通协调能力。
- 能使用AutoCAD、CATIA等二维/三维软件，英语可进行简单沟通。
必备技能
- AutoCAD
- CATIA
- Office办公软件
