职位概况
负责大型项目的整体管理，覆盖从项目启动到量产转移，确保进度、费用、质量符合要求。
主要职责
- 制定并维护客户进度表，确保关键节点按时完成。
- 协助项目管理部确认和控制项目费用支出。
- 组织试制管理，准时保质交付样品及支持文件。
- 管理项目组成员，协调内部人力资源并对外沟通。
- 参加内外部审核和项目会议，定期汇报项目状态。
- 完成上级交付的其他任务。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，项目类或工程类相关专业，5年以上相关工作经验。
- 具备较强的逻辑思维、语言表达和组织能力。
- 良好的团队合作、协调及沟通能力。
- 英语六级或以上，能够与国外客户交流。
- 有汽车电子零配件工作经历者优先。
