职位概况
负责非标自动化项目的整体进度、成本、质量管理，确保项目按计划交付。
主要职责
- 统筹项目进度、成本、质量，监督各领域大日程达成情况，制定并跟踪详细计划。
- 主导可行性分析报告、项目预算编制及组织架构搭建。
- 负责项目立项、章程制定，建立沟通机制和会议体系，处理异常升级。
- 督导品质验收标准，收集问题经验，编制整体BOM，管控开发变更、包装、物流、售后及培训。
- 跟进试制调试、验收过程中的问题整改，识别并规避风险。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备汽车、机器人、机器视觉、非标自动化、机械、电气等工业行业项目管理经验。
- 5年以上项目管理工作经验。
- 主动学习能力强，能适应现场出差。
