职位概况
本岗位为法语管培生，面向国内南京、滁州、赣州及非洲刚果金等地区，提供人力、物流、外联三大方向的轮岗培养，帮助快速了解公司业务。
主要职责
- 负责员工档案管理、入离调转手续办理等人力资源基础工作。
- 参与人力资源项目的推动与实施，协助梳理、优化工作流程。
- 对接集团物流部门、港口、保税区等，处理询价、订舱等物流事务。
- 联系外部物流供应商，做好文件、档案的处理和归档。
- 协助外联经理接待来访、业务谈判、处理罚款纠纷等外联工作。
- 协助财务部进行税务申报、税务检查，维护矿区居民关系等。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，法语专业。
- 法语四级以上（非硬性要求）。
- 学习能力强，责任心强，思维清晰、细心、态度积极。
- 具备优秀的语言沟通和书面表达能力。
必备技能
- 法语听说读写能力。
- 基本办公软件使用能力。
