职位概况
负责园林绿化项目的现场施工管理，需具备园林专业背景，能够组织协调质量、安全、进度及成本控制，适应长期工地生活。
主要职责
- 实施项目施工综合管理，包括组织协调、质量、安全、进度、成本控制等。
- 对施工变更及时联系，规范操作，严格按质量要求施工。
- 确保施工安全，组织合理设计。
- 确保进场苗木合格率，按规范进行养护。
- 负责现场施工进度、会议记录等工程资料的收集整理。
任职要求
- 20岁以上，园林相关专业，大专及以上学历。
- 1-3年工作经验，熟悉CAD绿化图纸及住宅区、市政景观绿化施工流程。
- 熟练操作各环节工程资料。
- 具备良好的沟通、协调及应变能力。
- 性格开朗稳重，责任心强，能吃苦耐劳，适应长期工地生活，服从公司调派。
- 持园林相关职称、二级建造师或市政施工员、安全员、质检员等证书，或有大型市政施工企业经验者优先。
