职位概况
负责土建工程的预算编制与成本核算，需独立完成算量、编制清单、计价及核对工作。
任职要求
- 工程造价相关专业大学专科及以上学历；
- 熟练使用广联达钢筋、图形、EXCEL、CAD等软件；
- 1年以上土建/安装造价工作经验，优秀应届生可适当放宽；
- 能够独立完成土建部分算量、编制清单、计价、核对等工作；
- 熟悉国家法律法规及工程造价管理规定，精通专业理论并熟悉工程图纸；
- 具备较强逻辑思维、创新能力和协调能力，敬业负责，学习能力强。
