职位概况
负责园林项目现场施工管理，统筹质量、安全、进度及成本，确保工程按规范交付。
主要职责
- 组织协调施工现场工作，落实质量、安全、进度和成本控制。
- 及时处理施工变更，规范操作，严格执行质量要求。
- 确保施工安全，合理组织设计方案。
- 管理进场苗木合格率，按规范进行养护。
- 收集整理施工进度、会议记录及各类工程资料。
任职要求
- 20岁以上，园林相关专业大专及以上学历。
- 1-3年园林绿化施工经验，熟悉CAD绿化图纸及住宅区、市政景观施工流程。
- 熟练操作各环节工程资料。
- 具备良好沟通、协调及应变能力，能适应长期工地生活。
- 持有园林相关职称、二级建造师或市政施工员等证书者优先。
必备技能
- 熟练使用CAD绘图软件。
