职位概况
我们正在寻找热爱水上运动、具备良好服务意识的帆船教练，负责船务部日常工作并代表俱乐部参加比赛。
主要职责
- 负责船务部日常基本工作，包括出海训练和船只保养。
- 完成部门主管下达的训练指标，并参加每月一次的技能考核。
- 代表俱乐部不定期参加帆船比赛。
- 遵守公司规章制度。
任职要求
- 学历不限，经验不限，无不良嗜好，年龄在19-26岁之间。
- 热爱水上运动，学习能力强，工作积极主动，具备责任心、亲和力和团队精神。
- 帆船或尾波冲浪等海上运动专业，退役运动员或退伍军人优先。
必备技能
- 帆船操作技能
- 船只保养与维护能力
