职位概况
负责俱乐部船务部的日常工作，包括出海训练、船只保养及参加帆船比赛，协助完成部门训练指标。
主要职责
- 执行船务部日常事务，确保船只安全与维护。
- 组织并参与出海训练，完成每月一次的技能考核。
- 代表俱乐部参加不定期的帆船比赛。
- 遵守公司规章制度，配合部门主管工作安排。
任职要求
- 年龄19-26岁，无不良嗜好。
- 学历、经验不限，热爱水上运动，学习能力强，工作积极主动。
- 具备亲和力、服务意识和团队精神。
- 帆船、尾波冲浪等海上运动专业、退役运动员或退伍军人优先。
必备技能
- 熟悉帆船操作与基本保养。
- 具备基本的海上安全常识。
