职位概况
负责公司内部销售团队的培训与辅导，提升专业能力与销售技巧，制定并实施针对不同层级的培训课程。
主要职责
- 设计并执行产品知识、销售策略、客户沟通等培训课程。
- 协助制定销售激励方案，推动业绩达成。
- 定期评估培训效果，持续优化培训体系。
任职要求
- 专科及以上学历，保险、金融、教育等相关专业优先。
- 2年以上保险行业工作经验，有销售或培训经历者优先。
- 具备良好语言表达和授课技巧，能够独立开展培训。
- 熟悉保险产品，学习能力强，责任心强。
必备技能
- 优秀的演讲与培训技巧。
- 熟悉保险产品知识。
