职位概况
我们正在寻找热爱综艺节目制作的导演助理，负责从策划到后期的全流程协作，参与大型真人秀的创意与执行。
主要职责
- 策划大型综艺真人秀节目，撰写节目方案。
- 撰写电视节目文案、解说词及分镜头脚本。
- 协助组织拍摄与录制，现场调度与控制，跟进后期制作。
- 进行节目内容剪辑与二次创作，用于宣传推广。
任职要求
- 专科及以上学历，专业不限，热爱多元人才。
- 具备较强团队合作能力和职业素养，能适应快节奏工作及出差。
- 有电视节目实习经验者优先。
