职位概况
负责大型综艺真人秀的策划与执行，协助导演完成节目文案、拍摄调度及后期制作，兼具内容二次创作与宣发能力。
主要职责
- 策划大型综艺真人秀节目，撰写节目方案。
- 撰写电视节目文案、解说词及分镜头脚本。
- 组织拍摄与录制，现场调度与控制，跟进后期制作，跨部门协作。
- 进行节目剪辑及二次创作，用于节目宣传。
任职要求
- 专科及以上学历，专业不限。
- 具备较强的团队合作能力和职业素养，能适应快节奏工作及出差。
- 有电视节目实习经验者优先。
必备技能
- 视频剪辑能力。
- 了解二次创作及粉丝运营。
