职位概况
负责博世力士乐变频器产品在现场的维修、调试和技术支持，提供快速高质量的服务，满足客户需求。
主要职责
- 现场维修、故障排除、安装与调试变频器及相关系统。
- 分析产品和设备故障原因，提供技术解决方案。
- 受理并跟进客户投诉，提升客户满意度。
- 收集、整理维修数据，进行批量故障分析。
- 定期走访客户，收集服务反馈并持续改进。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，自动化、机电或电力电子相关专业。
- 5年以上变频器服务、工程或设计经验。
- 熟悉变频器电路结构，能够独立完成常见故障排除和调试。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能适应国内出差及节假日加班。
- 具备英文阅读与书写能力。
必备技能
- 变频器故障排除与现场调试。
- 电气原理及电路结构分析。
- 客户投诉处理与服务跟进。
- 维修数据收集与批量故障分析。
