职位概况
本岗位隶属于北京龙之辉管理咨询有限公司，负责为客户提供管理咨询服务。适合具备硕士以上学历或优秀本科背景、拥有管理咨询实习经验的候选人。工作需要适应短期出差。
主要职责
- 配合项目经理开展项目前期技术支持。
- 协助项目经理完成各项分配任务。
- 完成领导交办的其他事项。
任职要求
- 硕士以上学历，或特别优秀的本科学历。
- 具有管理咨询实习经历，具备合规、风险或内控管理咨询经验者优先。
- 具备较强的学习能力、沟通能力和团队协作能力。
- 身体健康，能适应短期出差。
必备技能
- 无特定技术技能要求，具备良好的学习、沟通和协作能力。
