职位概况
负责CC端-客户-PC项目的整体执行，提升销售与工厂之间的沟通效率，确保项目按时、按预算、按质量交付，降低合同风险。
主要职责
- 组织业主与工厂的项目启动会。
- 检索并管控技术协议、销售合同的执行风险。
- 制定并跟踪项目执行计划，确保交付进度。
- 协调业务部门，推动项目达成战略目标。
- 定期与工厂项目团队及售后团队沟通，提供项目报告。
- 管理现场施工、材料及资源，控制成本。
- 监督项目安全，符合公司健康安全环保标准。
任职要求
- 工程或理科相关学位，硕士以上优先。
- 具备项目管理或项目管理资格认证。
- 10年以上跨国公司项目管理或工程经验。
- 有管理六位数或七位数投资的复杂NPI项目经验。
- 曾在工程/制造企业担任部门管理或职能管理。
- 能够在严格的质量、成本目标下按时交付项目。
