职位概况
负责公司整体财务管理，统筹财务报告、审计、税务、资金等关键环节，确保财务信息的准确、合规与及时。
主要职责
- 编制并审核月度、季度及年度合并财务报告。
- 管理外部审计工作，协调集团审计、法定审计及内部控制审计。
- 负责企业所得税、增值税、转移定价等税务的合规申报与规划，识别并化解税务风险。
- 与运营及IT部门合作，完成存货会计及相关系统调整。
- 审查并整合现有财务流程，推动标准化和效率提升。
- 监控现金流，编制现金预测，提高资金使用效率。
任职要求
- 会计相关专业学士学位。
- 英语口语及书面表达流利。
- 8-10年工作经验，具备四大事务所或跨国公司财务背景及团队管理经验，拥有注册会计师资格者优先。
- 熟悉财务报告、合并报表编制，具备总账（GL）和税务实际操作经验。
- 具备高度的责任感、细节关注能力以及跨部门沟通协调能力。
- 能够高效安排任务并合理分配时间。
