职位概况

负责在生产过程中应用合理的质量控制方法，确保产品性能稳定一致，分析质量数据并持续提升过程质量KPI。

主要职责

应用质量控制方法，保障产品性能稳定。
分析过程质量数据，监控波动趋势。
主导过程质量管理，快速响应异常并推动改善。
响应客户投诉，开展根因分析并落实改进。
组织日常质量审核，制定并执行审核计划。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，机械或相关专业。
1–3年制造现场质量管理经验。
熟悉产品工艺流程及ISO 9001等质量管理体系。
熟练使用QC七大手法及APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC等工具。
具备基本识图和英语读写能力。
具备数据分析能力，能收集并分析CPK等过程能力数据。
