Job description
职位概况
负责来料零部件检验、整机出厂检测、售后质量问题追溯及不良数据统计，确保产品质量符合标准。
主要职责
- 对来料零部件进行尺寸与外观检验。
- 执行整机出厂前的功能与性能检测。
- 追溯并分析售后质量问题。
- 统计不良数据，形成报告。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，机械、机电一体化、智能制造或工业工程等相关专业。
- 熟练使用卡尺、千分尺、水平仪等常规检测量具。
- 了解 IATF16949 体系及八大基础质量工具理论。
- 熟悉机械加工基础工艺者优先。
- 了解特种设备安全检验标准者加分。
- 工作细致严谨，具备基础数据统计能力，认同零缺陷质量文化。
必备技能
- 卡尺、千分尺、水平仪的使用。
- IATF16949质量管理体系。
- 八大质量工具（如鱼骨图、帕累托图等）。
- 机械加工基础工艺。
- 特种设备安全检验标准（加分项）。
