UPS 招聘配送资深营运助理，负责包裹的装卸、运输、扫描、分拣及入库，需具备丰富的物流运营经验并能带领团队完成任务。
主要职责
- 装卸、收发、扫描、分拣、入库各类包裹
- 使用重型机械完成搬运作业
- 监督并指导其他员工的日常工作
- 跟踪配送进度，确保安全与质量合规
- 完成上级交付的其他任务
任职要求
- 具备资深物流运营经验
- 能够承担团队管理与指导职责
