Job description
职位概况
负责公司产品前后端研发，独立承担中小型业务模块的需求分析、设计、开发、测试及上线，确保功能稳定落地。
主要职责
- 参与前后端研发，独立负责需求分析、方案设计、代码开发、联调测试及上线迭代。
- 开发与优化Web端、后台服务、接口逻辑，实现前端交互、后端数据处理、数据库存储全链路。
- 配合产品、测试、设计团队完成需求评审、技术评审，输出技术文档、接口文档。
- 持续优化代码架构、页面性能、接口响应，修复线上bug，提升稳定性与用户体验。
- 关注前沿全栈技术并落地创新，参与技术沉淀、代码规范建设。
- 协助产品版本迭代、日常运维、数据监控，保障业务持续运行。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息等相关专业。
- 扎实的计算机基础，熟悉数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库理论。
- 了解微服务、前后端分离架构，熟悉Git、敏捷开发流程。
- 有完整项目上线、开源项目贡献、竞赛获奖或实习经验者优先。
必备技能
- 前端开发技术（HTML、CSS、JavaScript）
- 后端开发语言（Java、Node.js、Python等）
- 数据库技术（MySQL、PostgreSQL）
- Git版本控制
- 微服务与RESTful接口设计
