Job description
职位概况
负责将销售运营中的业务痛点转化为系统化解决方案，利用数据可视化和网页开发技术提升销售策略执行效率。
主要职责
- 深入理解销售运营，为策略提供数据支持并落地实现。
- 使用PowerBI等工具提取、重组数据，搭建运营仪表盘与分析模型，识别风险并提出对策。
- 参与销售业务系统开发，使用Java等语言编写后端逻辑与接口，打通跨系统数据流。
- 基于Python（Pandas、Openpyxl、Selenium等）开发与优化业务脚本，提高日常运营效率。
- 根据业务需求制定数字化转型方案并推动落地。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，统计、数据分析、营销或信息系统等相关专业优先。
- 至少2年销售数据分析或相关工作经验，熟悉销售数据分析流程。
- 优秀的商业分析能力、数据洞察力和结构化思维。
- 良好的学习能力、沟通协作和团队精神，能快速理解业务与技术背景。
- 英语听说读写熟练。
必备技能
- Java（Spring Boot、Vue.js、ElementUI）
- Python（Pandas、Openpyxl、Selenium）
- SQL
- PowerBI或其他数据可视化工具
