职位概况
负责辅助驾驶核心功能模块的算法开发与实现，参与需求分析、方案设计及仿真验证，致力于提升自动驾驶系统的安全性和智能化水平。
主要职责
- 开发辅助驾驶功能、预测、规划、控制等核心算法。
- 进行客户及系统需求分析，完成软件解决方案设计与实现。
- 依据CNCAP、ENCAP等法规进行功能实现与验证。
- 使用SIL仿真工具进行问题调试、算法优化及效果验证。
- 运用机器学习、深度学习等AI技术持续优化功能表现。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、车辆工程、机器人或自动化等相关专业。
- 熟练使用C/C++、Matlab、Python，熟悉Linux系统。
- 了解基本ADAS功能（ACC、TJA、ALC、AEB、NOA）及相关传感器、系统架构。
- 掌握ROS、Docker、Git等开发工具，了解辅助驾驶仿真平台。
- 熟悉主流深度学习框架（PyTorch、TensorFlow、Keras），具备计算机视觉或机器学习基础。
- 良好的英文阅读与沟通能力，具备快速学习和团队协作能力。
