职位概况
博世集团在无锡招聘辅助驾驶自动化测试工程师，面向2027届应届毕业生，负责汽车电子软件的功能、集成及回归测试，确保软件质量符合项目要求。
主要职责
- 根据需求和设计文档编写、维护测试用例。
- 执行功能、集成、回归等测试，搭建并维护测试环境。
- 使用测试工具记录、分析测试结果，编写测试报告。
- 协助定位缺陷，推动跨团队问题解决。
- 优化测试工具、脚本及流程，提高自动化水平。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、自动化、通信、车辆工程等相关专业。
- 应届毕业生，具备良好的逻辑分析、学习和沟通能力。
- 能够阅读英文技术文档。
必备技能
- C/C++或Python编程语言（至少一种）。
- 了解软件测试基本理论和流程。
- 熟悉车载通信协议，如CAN、LIN、以太网。
- 了解AUTOSAR、UDS诊断、ISO 26262、ASPICE等汽车软件标准。
- 使用过CANoe、CANalyzer、MATLAB/Simulink等工具。
