Job description
职位概况
面向2027届毕业生，加入博世集团车载AI团队，参与辅助驾驶预测算法的研发与优化。
主要职责
- 协助开展端到端预测‑决策‑规划大模型研发工作。
- 负责AI模型的前处理和后处理开发。
- 在车载嵌入式平台上移植并优化AI模型。
- 调研大模型、生成式AI等前沿技术并进行预研。
任职要求
- 在读硕士或博士，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业，具备扎实的AI研究背景。
- 熟悉Python语言和PyTorch框架，掌握常见数据结构与算法。
- 拥有深度学习或强化学习研究经验，了解相关算法。
- 有辅助驾驶预测/规划项目经验者优先。
- 在CVPR、ICLR、NeurIPS、ICML等顶会或期刊有论文发表者优先。
