职位概况
负责游戏项目的市场推广创意策划，依据不同阶段输出广告创意、短视频及素材，确保投放效果并进行数据驱动的迭代优化。
主要职责
- 根据项目阶段制定并输出广告创意内容。
- 跟进创意素材的落地执行及品质把控。
- 依据投放数据进行创意优化迭代，提升效果。
任职要求
- 本科及以上应届毕业生，广告学、市场营销、编导等相关专业优先。
- 具备广告片制作、短视频账号运营或爆款项目经验者优先。
- 具备良好的审美、文案及创意能力，能够洞察用户痛点。
- 热爱游戏，责任心强，具备团队协作沟通能力。
必备技能
- 2D动画或3D动画（UE4）
- 真人拍摄、平面海报设计、广告编导
- 短视频运营与制作
- Office办公软件
- AI创作工具（了解）
