负责咖啡店前台接待、点单、冲泡咖啡茶饮、保持环境整洁、补货及展示更新。要求热爱咖啡、具备餐饮经验。
主要职责
- 欢迎顾客并介绍特价或新品。
- 接受订单、付款并制作咖啡、茶等饮品。
- 研磨、混合咖啡豆并进行冲泡。
- 清洁工作区、消毒设备。
- 更新标识、陈列并进行库存盘点。
任职要求
- 3年以上餐饮准备工作经验。
- 有专业咖啡背景者优先。
- 对咖啡豆有浓厚兴趣并愿自学。
- 良好的沟通与倾听能力。
- 能在快节奏团队中工作。
必备技能
- 咖啡研磨与冲泡技巧。
- 咖啡豆知识及故事讲述。
- 食品安全与质量控制。
- 库存管理与展示更新。
