职位概况
我们正在招聘施工员（应届生），负责协同项目经理推进现场施工进度，确保工程质量符合规范要求。适合土木、建筑等工程类专业的在校生或应届毕业生。
主要职责
- 协同项目经理管理施工进度，严格把控工期节点。
- 负责现场日常管理，建立问题反馈机制并提出改进建议。
- 规范编制工程八大管控资料，确保资料完整合规。
- 系统采集并归档八大管控过程影像，构建施工过程追溯体系。
任职要求
- 统招工程类相关专业在校生或应届毕业生（土木工程、建筑工程技术等优先）。
- 熟练使用Office办公套件，能够进行Word文档处理、Excel数据分析及PPT制作。
- 具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，责任心强，能适应现场工作环境。
- 学习能力强，能快速掌握岗位专业技能，实习期不少于6个月。

- 单休工作制，实习期间薪资3,000-5,000元人民币/月。
