职位概况
负责项目土建工程的施工管理，确保进度与质量，协调各专业现场问题，提升项目执行效率。
主要职责
- 负责土建工程施工管理，保证进度和质量。
- 现场指导监理公司和施工单位，确保符合设计要求和规范流程。
- 协调建筑、结构、精装、景观、水电、设备等专业人员共同解决现场问题。
- 审核施工方案，及时处理并上报重大问题，管理现场签证及工程备案。
- 具备较强的外部协调能力。
任职要求
- 8年以上工程管理或项目管理经验，有完整深圳土建项目经验者优先。
- 全日制本科及以上学历，工民建、土木工程等相关专业。
- 大型承建公司或知名房企项目管理经验3年以上。
- 扎实的工程专业基础和施工管理经验，良好的沟通与协调能力。
