职位概况
我们正在寻找一名培训专员，负责深入销售一线调研，精准诊断团队能力短板，制定并实施实战型培训项目，提升业务绩效。
主要职责
- 跟踪销售一线，调研需求并确定培训优先级。
- 独立开发实战培训课件（PPT、话术手册、案例库、模拟脚本），搭建分层课程体系。
- 组织新人集训、区域轮训、线上微课、在岗带教等，担任讲师并完成授课。
- 通过考试测评和业绩对比评估培训效果，持续迭代优化。
- 收集高效话术与典型案例，维护销售案例资源库。
- 协助搭建内部兼职讲师队伍，推动选拔与能力提升。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、教育、心理等相关专业优先。
- 3年以上销售或销售培训经验，至少1年专职培训/赋能岗位经验。
- 能够独立完成需求调研、课程设计到课件制作全流程。
- 具备出色的演讲表达与控场能力，能将复杂知识通俗化。
- 业务导向思维，抗压能力强。
- 有物流、快递、供应链或大客户销售经验者优先。
