About the role

Yingfu China Kids & Teens is seeking an English Teacher to deliver high‑quality lessons to children and teenagers aged 3‑18. You will join a dedicated academic team and contribute to the company’s mission of providing excellent ESL education across China.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans assigned by the Line Manager.
• Complete progress reports, record student work, and follow up on results.
• Communicate students’ progress and action plans with parents.
• Organise and conduct academic events such as demo lessons, placement tests, parent academies and life clubs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field; majors in English, Education, TESOL or Applied Linguistics preferred).
• Strong English communication skills, demonstrated by TEM8 or IELTS 7+.
• Passion for working with children and teenagers and a genuine interest in the education sector.
• Willingness to work weekends with weekdays off.
