职位概况
我们正在寻找一位平面设计师，负责为外骨骼机器人等消费电子产品在欧美、亚太等海外市场打造符合当地审美的视觉内容，提升产品的认知度和购买转化率。
主要职责
- 负责独立站、亚马逊平台的平面素材设计，包括主图、详情页、A+页面、店铺Banner等，批量输出高转化率素材。
- 制作符合海外审美的短视频素材，如主图视频、产品演示短片，助力引流。
- 提炼产品卖点，确保设计符合平台规则及海外用户审美。
- 配合运营团队，高效响应批量设计需求，保证素材交付时效，维护店铺视觉统一性。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，平面设计、视觉设计等相关专业。
- 2年以上跨境电商平面设计经验，有消费电子或智能硬件设计背景者优先。
- 熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator等设计软件，具备视频素材制作能力，能够独立完成批量出图及视频产出。
- 了解亚马逊、独立站的视觉规则，熟悉海外用户审美偏好，注重设计转化效果。
- 具备良好的执行力和沟通能力，细心负责，能够适应电商批量设计的快节奏工作。
- 具备一定的英文基础。
