职位概况
负责在百汇医院及其诊所网络的消化内镜科为患者提供直接、全面且以客户服务为导向的护理服务，确保安全、舒适的就诊体验。
主要职责
- 独立执行患者护理工作，评估、计划、实施并评价个体化护理。
- 记录并维护患者档案，确保信息准确、完整。
- 识别急症患者并进行合理分诊，协助医生完成诊疗翻译。
- 执行感染控制、器械消毒及急救设备检查。
- 开展患者教育，协调康复及随访工作。
- 与接待团队及多学科成员合作，优化就诊流程。
