职位概况
负责医疗产品制造业的采购工作，包括原材料询价、比价、下单、合同签署及交付，确保供应链顺畅。
主要职责
- 采购需求的询价、比价、谈价、订单下达、合同签署及按时到货。
- 供应商订单付款、结算及对账。
- 跟踪并处理供应商质量问题。
- 针对海外供应商，完成进出口流程，确保及时到货。
- 原材料库存管理，降低呆滞料和报废。
- 物料变更管理。
- 如担任采购主管，需带领团队并至少拥有3年团队管理经验。
任职要求
- 在医疗产品制造业拥有至少3年采购经验，熟悉高分子材料、印刷、注塑模具等产品知识或生产工艺。
- 大学本科及以上学历，理工科或国际贸易专业。
- 能够使用英语与国外供应商进行书面和电话沟通。
- 使用过MRP系统（如SAP或Oracle）。
- 了解基本进出口流程并有进口采购经验。
- 具备基本法律常识，能阅读、修改合同并进行谈判。
- 具备良好沟通能力和团队合作精神。
