职位概况
Italic 在深圳招聘产品助理，负责产品从概念到上线的全流程支持，协同工厂、供应商及内部团队，确保产品准时交付并提供库存决策支持。
主要职责
- 跟进产品需求、打样、修改、生产及上线的完整流程。
- 与工厂、供应商沟通样品、规格、报价、交期、包装及生产进度。
- 维护产品规格表、成本表、上线进度表、采购订单及供应商信息。
- 依据产品 brief、图片、尺寸、包装要求检查样品质量。
- 支持库存分析、需求规划、补货建议及缺货/库存过高风险跟踪。
- 整理销售、库存、售罄率、采购订单等简易报表。
- 与商品、运营、物流、创意团队协作，推动产品按计划上线。
任职要求
- 常驻深圳，能够与本地工厂、供应商紧密协作。
- 细心、可靠，具备强烈的跟进意识和执行力。
- 能够直接与工厂、供应商或外部合作方沟通并推动事项闭环。
- 熟练使用表格工具，能够处理产品、库存和销售相关数据。
- 书面沟通清晰，能够同时管理多个产品或项目进度。
- 了解产品开发、生产周期、电商运营或库存规划中的至少一环。
必备技能
- Excel 或 Google Sheets 表格操作
- Shopify 平台使用经验
- Airtable、Notion 等协作工具
- ERP/WMS 或库存规划系统
